6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ZenAuraMarket is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ZenAuraMarket is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@zenauramarket.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged package/product
  • A description of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
